He was sent to head up and integrate all the contract businesses that included restaurants, carpet business, alterations, fur storage and extended warranty sales, at the Distribution Center. Greg re-engineered every department, built a multi-million dollar processing center and quickly saw how effective and engaging, that proper training of staff would impact a business so rapidly. Localized training led to such quick and direct focus on profit impact for the company. Employee's and contractor's understood what they meant to profit and using a cost per unit, they understood how they could affect their income. Greg Olgreen delivered strong profits and built departments that ran on their own with little management over-site. Within 3 to 5 years, Greg turned every department into a profit center. Greg Olgreen was introduced to a small 10 million dollar consulting/training company and Greg Olgreen sold and assisted in closing the largest projects. This helped Anderson Soft-Teach to grow its sales to over 130 million. It also purchased International Learning Systems then rolled out TEACH.COM and settled with the name INTELLINEX...an e-Learning division of Ernst n Young. The company was purchased by Ernst n Young which is one of the billion dollar companies in their vertical market. Greg has continued to consult with his customers at companies in the Fortune 5000's. Relationship's with companies such as Halliburton, Dell Computers, Comp-USA, LQ Performance Strategy, Lantz-Quest, Exxon, Texaco, Tarrant County College, City of San Antonio, Mary Kay Cosmetic's, NASA, The Treasury Department to include a 5 year project with The Internal Revenue Service and the FBI and many military divisions. One of the benefits of working with such large corporations and groups is that those same business practices can be applied to 25 to 50 to 2,000 employee organizations as well with quicker results.
